Returns
All our products are original brands, new or remanufactured. We are committed to your complete satisfaction: if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to return it, exercising your right of withdrawal.
To do so, please notify LD4X4 S.L. by email at info@landclassics.com, or complete the withdrawal form enclosed with the delivery note, so that there is a record of your withdrawal. We will reply with instructions on how to return the product and a return authorisation number. No returned part will be processed without an authorisation number.
Parts must be sent to: LD4X4 S.L. — Land Classics, C/ Zorrolleta 7, Pabellón 1, 01015 Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava), Spain. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, and a handling and administration charge of 15% of the part's sale price will be applied. For genuine parts, the charge will be 15% or €50 per part if its sale price exceeds €100.
Returned parts must be sent in their original packaging, with no signs of having been handled, fitted or used, and both the box and the packaging must be clean, in good condition and suitably presented for inspection and storage. Parts that have been fitted, or whose packaging is not in perfect original condition, will not be accepted. Withdrawals notified after the stated period will not be accepted either.
Refunds will be made within the legal time limit, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Items damaged in transit or incorrect items
If, on delivery, it is clearly visible — without having to open the shipping or product packaging — that a product has been damaged in transit, or if you have received the wrong product, please let us know by email or complete the withdrawal form enclosed with the delivery note. In that case, LD4X4 S.L. will send you an identical replacement and collect the faulty item when the new one is delivered, at LD4X4 S.L.'s expense. If you prefer a refund, we will reimburse you within the legal time limit.
Warranty
All products supplied by LD4X4 S.L. are covered by the applicable legal warranty and, where applicable, by the commercial warranty offered by the relevant manufacturer.
Any warranty claim must first be notified to LD4X4 S.L. and handled according to the established procedure. For any warranty claim, the Customer must first request the corresponding authorisation number and complete the required documentation. Failure to follow the procedure correctly, or missing information, may result in the claim being rejected.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any part under claim must be returned for inspection and technical assessment by the relevant manufacturer or supplier. Acceptance or rejection of the warranty will be decided by the manufacturer or supplier after analysing the part.
Once the warranty has been accepted, LD4X4 S.L. may, at its sole discretion, replace the faulty part, repair it where possible, or refund the invoiced amount for the part.
Shipping costs arising from unfounded claims will be borne by the Customer.
Limitation of warranty cover
The warranty covers only the repair, replacement or refund of the value of the part supplied, once the claim has been accepted by the relevant manufacturer or supplier. Under no circumstances does the warranty cover:
- Labour costs for fitting or removal.
- Diagnostic costs.
- Towing or roadside assistance costs.
- Replacement vehicles.
- Loss of business or loss of profit.
- Indirect or consequential damage.
- Costs arising from the vehicle being off the road.
- Any other additional cost beyond the value of the part supplied.
LD4X4 S.L.'s maximum liability shall in all cases be limited to the invoiced amount for the part under claim, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.
Parts must be fitted by qualified personnel following the vehicle manufacturer's technical specifications. LD4X4 S.L. shall not be liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting, incorrect diagnosis or improper use of the products supplied.
